This interior design project is a remarkable transformation of an existing Mediterranean-style home situated on an exclusive North Bay Road waterfront lot, boasting captivating views of the Intracoastal Waterway. The design concept sought to achieve a seamless transition to a clean and contemporary look. To realize this vision, existing arches and walls were removed, making way for expansive floor-to-ceiling rectangular windows that flood the interior with natural light.

The interior of the residence has undergone a comprehensive redesign, embracing a transitional aesthetic. The choice of large white marble and wood herringbone floors exudes sophistication and timelessness. The kitchen, featuring clean shaker doors, offers a spacious and functional centerpiece for the home, while the main living area is enhanced by the addition of a fireplace and a bar, catering to the entertainment needs of the residents.

On the second floor, the master suite redefines luxury with full his and her closets and bathrooms. These bathrooms have been thoughtfully designed with modern large-format natural marble slabs and adorned with brass plumbing fixtures and accents, adding a touch of opulence to the space.
