Denise Preschel
Denise Preschel, a native of Caracas, Venezuela, has distinguished herself through her academic achievements and professional journey in architecture. She obtained her Bachelor of Architecture degree with honors from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
Denise moved to New York in 2010 and earned her Masters degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University. She relocated to Miami, and in 2014 she founded a design company, which grew and evolved to what is now Preschel Bassan Studio. Denise is currently a licensed Architect and Interior Designer, in the state of Florida.
Sheryl Bassan
Sheryl Bassan hails from Caracas, Venezuela, where her journey in architecture began. Her academic endeavors led her to the Universidad Central de Venezuela and the Politecnico di Milano, where she diligently pursued her studies and ultimately graduated with honors.
Following her academic achievements, Sheryl founded J+B Arquitectura, an architecture studio in Caracas, specializing in residential and recreational projects.
In 2010, Sheryl relocated to Boston, MA, where she attained her Masters in Architecture from Harvard University. Currently, she serves as the Principal and Founder, a licensed architect, at Preschel Bassan Studio, a firm recognized for its commitment to architectural excellence.
