Situated in Fort Lauderdale within the Coral Ridge association, this new project boasts approximately 7,300 square feet on a lot positioned at the end of a cul-de-sac. The irregularly shaped lot uniquely opens up to the canal, providing water views from two sides of the property. The project's concept revolves around gradually unfolding the spectacular visuals from the narrow entrance towards the main living spaces. The study of the outdoor areas focuses on creating several covered terraces that overlook the broader water expanse of the canal. The design strategically opens the corner and plays with the diagonals of the terrain to emphasize the special conditions of this lot. With clean lines and integrated landscaping, the facade aims to create multiple transition lines, establishing a rhythmic and diverse aesthetic.
