123 MORNINGSIDE
Situated in the Miami Shores community, this architectural project adheres to local roofing regulations, emphasizing hip or angled designs. The core concept revolves around the incorporation of two substantial sloping concrete roofs, drawing inspiration from the Mid-Century Modern architectural language. The floor plan is thoughtfully designed as a split-level L-shape configuration, optimizing spatial functionality and adhering to aesthetic principles. An integral aspect of the design is the inclusion of expansive floor-to-ceiling angled windows, which serve to illuminate the interior spaces naturally and provide panoramic views of the surroundings.
Additionally, the property features a spacious pool with a continuous water edge, seamlessly integrated into the overall design. This project stands as a prime example of adapting Mid-Century Modern principles to the architectural regulations and unique character of Miami Shores.
