This estate in the Ponce Davis neighborhood is more than one acre in area. The single-story H-shaped floor plan was designed to take advantage of the generous lot and maximize indoor-outdoor integration in all of the home’s spaces.

Special attention was given to creating outdoor spaces that invite nature in, but are covered and functional as to enjoy daily activities, as well as hosting guests. 

 

The spaces of the house are defined by roofs and ceilings positioned at different heights. This creates grand spaces for main social areas, and emphasizes their importance.
