Denise Preschel was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela where she received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Universidad Simón Bolívar, with honors. She moved to New York in 2010 and earned her Masters degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University. She relocated to Miami, and in 2014 she founded a design company, which grew and evolved to what is now Preschel Bassan Studio. Denise is currently a licensed Architect and Interior Designer, in the state of Florida.
Sheryl Bassan was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. She studied at the Universidad Central de Venezuela and the Politecnico di Milano, and graduated with honors.
Sheryl founded J+B Arquitectura, an architecture studio in Caracas, that worked on residential and recreational projects.
In 2010, Sheryl moved to Boston, MA, where she earned her Masters’ in Architecture at Harvard University. She is currently a partner at Preschel Bassan Studio, and is a licensed Architect and Interior Designer in the State of Florida.
