• Living Area: 5,232 sq ft

This project is located in an estate lot with rich vegetation, which became one of the driving forces of  the design. The concept features a house divided into three pavilions connected by ample, elegant hallways. This spread-out footprint maximizes the integration with the surrounding nature and greenery. 

The architectural language features a tropical modern style, enriched by natural and warm materials, which creates a timeless look and feel for the home.

High ceilings in living areas and ample terraces and balconies in the main module, serve as a transition between the interior and the exterior of the house.
